Welcome to the SWISSDENT Store. By using the Store, you agree to be bound by the following terms  and conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Store.

1. Acceptance

SWISSDENT Cosmetics Ltd. provides this Store to you on the basis of the following Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may be updated by SWISSDENT from time to time by posting updated Terms and Conditions on the Store without prior notification to you. When you access the Store at any time in the future, such updated Terms and Conditions then in force shall apply. You should check the Terms and Conditions each time you access the Store.

2. The Store

The Store and any products that you purchase through the Store are for your non-commercial, personal use only and must not be used for business purposes. You will be able to obtain information about certain products via this Store and you may also submit queries to SWISSDENT to receive more information.

3. Purchases

You can purchase products via this Store by selecting items and proceeding to the check-out. If you  have not already registered an account at the Store, you will be requested to register in order for  your purchase order to be processed. All purchases that you may make via this Store will be  administered by and purchased from SWISSDENT.

You apply for a purchase agreement by placing an order and filling in the required details at the  check-out, including the details enabling the prepayment. Provided the selected item(s) is/are  available and in stock, SWISSDENT will provoke the shipping in accordance with your order.

When your purchase order is completed, a receipt confirming the purchase order will be sent to the  e-mail address that you have registered. The product(s), will be delivered to the delivery address that  you have registered with the Store within a reasonable time, usually within 3-4 working days in  Switzerland and 5-10 working days in all other countries of the confirmation of your purchase,  provided the product(s) are in stock and available.

4. Price and payment method

All prices include the legally prescribed taxes. The methods of payment which are available may vary. 
You will find the relevant price information and the available methods of payment for product(s) in  the Store.

Prices do not include delivery costs. For shipping and packaging following additional charges will  apply: 
 

Shipping costs Switzerland:

6 CHF below 25 CHF order value. 
Free shipping if you order for 25 CHF and more

Shipping costs Europe:

Free shipping if you order for 250 CHF and more
20 CHF with Swiss post economy (8-10 days)
40 CHF with Swiss post priority (4-5 days)

Shipping costs outside Europe:

Free shipping if you order for 500 CHF and more
40 CHF with Swiss post economy (8-15 days)
80 CHF with courier service (2-3 days)

There is no minimum order value.

SWISSDENT reserves the right to amend or change prices at any time, if not specifically stated  otherwise. The prices in the Store are for information only and may be changed by SWISSDENT  without prior notice.

5. Complaints

SWISSDENT customer service will do its best to reply to any inquiries and process any complaints  regarding the Store or any products as soon as possible. If faulty product(s) is/are delivered to you,  you must notify SWISSDENT and describe the problem within 7 days following discovery of the fault.

6. Privacy policy

By registering for an account or applying for a purchase agreement in the Store, you agree to provide  SWISSDENT with correct and accurate data as requested in the purchase or registration form and you  agree to the following privacy policy.

SWISSDENT will store your personal data for the purpose of providing and developing the Store,  administering purchases, and for customer and product development. Such personal data will  include only such information as provided by you to SWISSDENT, including e.g. your full name,  address, e-mail address and telephone number. The personal data will be stored in computer  systems located in physically secure locations and access to the customer register will be limited to  those SWISSDENT employees and contractors specifically authorized to access the register.

You agree that your personal data may also be passed to SWISSDENT partners in order to carry out  the delivery of your purchases. This might involve a transfer of data outside the European Economic  Area. Some of these recipients may be located in countries that do not have the same privacy laws as  the EU Member States. However, you may rest assured that the necessary measures are in place to  protect the confidentiality and security of personal data. SWISSDENT partners will use your personal  data exclusively upon instruction of SWISSDENT and exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the delivery of your purchases. SWISSDENT will not transfer or sell your personal data for any commercial or marketing reasons, other than as provided for in this privacy policy. 

You have the right at any time to access, correct, update, or delete your data by accessing “My Account”.

SWISSDENT will only process your personal information for the duration necessary to allow it to  provide the services that you have requested or for any additional period as allowed by law.

7. Disclaimer

You understand and agree that you are using the Store at your own risk and that SWISSDENT does not warrant that the Store will meet your requirements or that the Store will be uninterrupted, error free or secure. SWISSDENT reserves the right at its sole discretion, to amend or withdraw any content or services offered as part of the Store at any time. 

The Store is provided to you free of charge for your personal use. Any support provided to you is for information purposes only. SWISSDENT reserves the right to make changes to the Store at any time, not to reply to any queries, and not to provide any support in connection with the Store.

All material on the Store, all text, layout, content and images are the property of SWISSDENT. These may not be distributed, published nor copied without the express written permission of SWISSDENT Cosmetics Ltd.

9. Liability

SWISSDENT excludes all liability for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, that you may suffer, in connection with the use of or inability to use the Store. This limitation of liability shall not affect your statutory rights.

11. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. 
Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swiss courts.
